About Lotza Studios

The Lotza studios original building is more than 200 years old and recently restored, although we are having a renovation in 2005, without losing any charm of traditional architecture. For our studios we have created a shared small swimming pool with Jacuzzi.
We also have created in 2017 indoor mini pools for our apartments and in 2018 three more rooms with private water facilities and private outdoor areas.

All rooms have a kitchenette, air conditioning (cooling/ heating), internet access, TV, iron and hairdryer.

Exceptional

Was within easy walking distance to Oia and some lovely local restaurants. Unique stay in cave apartments. Pool was lovely & warm. Breakfast was delicious and served to us outside our room & by the pool. Staff were great especially Chris who was available always. Transport was organised to the port for us which was great. I don’t think we would have found it otherwise.... ++

Stay in a better version of Oia

The apartment is extremely comfortable and very nicely decorated. The location itself is not in Oia, which is quite clearly shown from the map- however, it is only about 10 mins walk to the main Oia centre with good bus links to Fira. All fixtures in the appartment are new and the host Chris is extremely helpful. He would go out of his way to assist the customers and we absolutely loved our stay. Bonus Tip - there is an award winning restaurant right next to the place which serves the best food I have ever had in Greece... ++

Unique experience staying in a cave apartment, excellent service and good quality property

Easy check-in, great communication (Chris is very responsive and always available), nice 15-20mins walk to Oia. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Bathroom facilities were very good. Staying in a cave apartment is a unique experience and it's fun for a short stay. I suggest hiring a car if you want to truly enjoy the island. Sunset views are much better & less crowded in Fira than in Oia, but Oia is more charming to walk around.... ++
