About Lotza Studios

The Lotza studios original building is more than 200 years old and recently restored, although we are having a renovation in 2005, without losing any charm of traditional architecture. For our studios we have created a shared small swimming pool with Jacuzzi.
We also have created in 2017 indoor mini pools for our apartments and in 2018 three more rooms with private water facilities and private outdoor areas.

All rooms have a kitchenette, air conditioning (cooling/ heating), internet access, TV, iron and hairdryer.

Very nice

The environment was very nice with traditional decoration! The village is Very close to OIA (5minutes with the car). The price is reasonable for the time we visited.there is a small but nice swimming pool to relax (pets friendly upon request)... ++

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lotza on our Mediterranean vacation this April. We rented 3 studios and could not have been happier with our accommodations. Christina met us at the Studios and gave us a personal tour of the properties. Her restaurant recommendations, maps of the islands and Fira, and list of "must see" sights were useful. The houses were comfortable and nicely decorated with taste. The views from the commun garden were great and you can feel the local life style due to many locals still living in Finikia. I would recommend it even for a couple, it is charming and romantic.... ++

Comfortable stay and not crowded like Oia and Fira.

Nice village in Finika. Spacious and clean rooms.Nice jacuzzi. It iss not in Oia but walking distance.Chris was fantastic. Always around to assist.Good restaurants nearby.More like an apartment with in house daily cleaning.... ++
